Single-word mnemonic programming makes high-level stepper control simple with the 6440 Indexer Drives. Eight bi-directional I/O ports maximize your application flexibility. Communications with the 6440 is through RS-232, RS422 or RS-485. Multi-axis operation of up to two slaves is possible with synchronous or alternating motion for both axes.
