The Model 758 Size 58 Round Series Accu-Coder™ is a heavy duty, extremely rugged, reliable, yet compact European standard 58 millimeter diameter encoder designed for harsh factory and plant floor environments. The double-shielded ball bearings are rated at 80 lbs. maximum axial and radial shaft loading to ensure a long operating life. Shock is rated at 75 g for 11 ms duration. The encoder is rated at NEMA 4 &13/IP66 with the optional heavy duty shaft seal. Two mounting options are available: European standard 20 type or 26 type. Other mechanical features include standard 10 mm or 6 mm diameter shafts. Maximum shaft speed is 8000 RPM. Electrical connections are made through a 24" cable with water tight gland nut.
