- Quadrature design measures both motor shaft speed and direction.
- Pre-gapped and adjusted at CONTREX. No phase or mechanical adjustment is required.
- Simply attach to your motor, hook up the wiring, and go. Very easy installation.
- Eliminates the need for special brackets and couplers.
- Unique design of sensor insert (not cylindrical, like others) creates a fixed sensor gap, providing more accurate readings.
- Square-cut design of gear teeth provides a greater measure of accuracy than rounded spur gears.
- Provides 60 pulses per revolution. So each gear tooth is 6º resolution of the total pulse rotation.
- Teamed up with an intelligent controller (CONTREX CX-1010, or other smart receivers) can interpret 240 edges or 1.5º resolution.
- Sizes range from 56C to 254TC and 71D Metric.
- Complete Quadrature Sensor Kit includes: flange ring, sensor, 60 tooth gear, junction box, electrical caps, wiring, bolts.
