FP Sigma, A New Generation PLC

Only 30 x 90 x 70 mm (w x h x d) size CPU with 32 I/O. (Light gray portion in the picture shown on the left is the CPU.) Super fast PLC. 70 micro seconds real throughput time with interrupt input. 100KHz trapezoidal pulse output to control 2 servos or 2 steppers. You can also add two more RS232C ports on it  and all three ports can communicate at 115.2Kbps at the same time.

Super Fast Nano Rack PLC FP2SH

30ns execution time and a 32 bit RISC processor with a pipeline architecture produces a real scan time of only 1ms for a 20K step program in small size (only 4" high). Features include Ethernet network, multi axis motion, PID auto tuning, and floating point math. Only 4 inches in height. Low cost FP2 CPU is also available.  Aromat has set another standard in size for rack mount PLCs following the FP0 SLIM PLC.

Custom board like PLC Board level PLC FPM
