The A100 /A200 Series: an ace in industrial image processing

The new Series A100 and A200 devices bridge the performance gap between intelligent cameras and PC-based systems. Their outstanding features include a compact design, high speed and comprehensive range of functions.

The standard configuration allows connection of two cameras from which the images can be processed in parallel. The software "Multichecker" (A210) includes all the necessary test elements for presence, measurement, positioning tasks, sample comparison or type identifications. A total of 64 different programs with almost 300 checkers together produce almost 19,000 test options. This means that the A210 covers applications in almost all areas of industry.

Its large memory typically allows up to 32 pictures or error images to be stored. The A200, equipped with a RISC processor, is ideally suited to fast applications.  As a progressive scan camera it delivers the full image resolution in shutter mode so that there are no limitations on test accuracy when moving parts are scanned.
